The FORM Smart Swim 2 goggles are designed to deliver real-time swimming performance tracking through an advanced augmented reality display integrated directly into the lens. Instant access to metrics such as pace, distance, stroke rate, calories, and heart rate is provided during each session, allowing performance to be monitored continuously without interruption. Built-in sensors and intelligent tracking systems ensure that swimming efficiency is analyzed in real time, supporting structured improvement for both pool and open water training.

A connected training ecosystem is enabled through automatic sync with the FORM app, where post-swim analysis is generated in detail for technique refinement and progress tracking. Compatibility is supported with major fitness platforms such as Strava, TrainingPeaks, TriDot, Apple Health, and Final Surge. Advanced open-water tracking is enhanced when paired with devices such as Garmin or compatible Apple watches for GPS-based pace and distance data.

Open water navigation is supported through the SwimStraight™ digital compass, where directional guidance is provided to maintain a consistent route. Heart rate monitoring is achieved through an embedded optical sensor, delivering continuous cardiovascular tracking during activity.

Post-swim analysis is generated automatically once the session is synced to the FORM app, where detailed breakdowns are provided for technique and performance review. Guided coaching, structured training plans, and workout creation tools are made available through optional Premium access, including integration with training platforms such as TrainingPeaks and TriDot.

Seamless data sharing is enabled with external fitness ecosystems including Strava and Apple Health, allowing training progress to be shared and analyzed across platforms.
